MEET DR SINNO
Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in Montreal
After completing his Plastic Surgery Residency at McGill University, Dr. Sinno, as one of few plastic surgeons in Canada, completed a second yearlong fellowship at Harvard, further honing his skills in aesthetic surgery. Following his time in Boston, he was invited back to his home city in Montreal where he had the privilege of teaching the next generation of doctors and resident as an assistant professor at McGill University until the year 2016. During this time his primary focus was in aesthetics, microsurgery flap reconstruction, and helping breast cancer survivors regain their feminine physique through breast reconstructive surgery.
After serving fifteen years in the Canadian public hospital system and learning from the American private system, taking care of thousands of patients in various hospitals, Dr Sinno decided to shift his focus to his current passion in aesthetic surgery and medicine. His artistic nature and love for plastic surgery helps him serve his patients in a patient tailored first class service in his luxurious medispa that delivers an exquisite ambiance and experience to make you feel safe and cared for.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Sinno is regarded as a leader in his field, having published more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers.
Over the past 5 years, Dr. Sinno, through his human approach, his extraordinary attention to detail and patient results, has had the humbling privilege to be consistently ranked as one of Canada’s world renowned plastic surgeons.

Dr. Hani Sinno’s clinic in Montreal’s Golden Square Mile chic neighbourhood feels like an extension of the nearby Museum of Fine Arts. As patients are warmly welcomed by Dr. Sinno into his exquisitely decorated offices in Victoria Park Medispa to discuss their aesthetic desires, they find themselves transported into a world of elegance, beauty and luxury. This first elated encounter is only the introduction to the “Sinno Experience’’; a refined world of subtle glamour and seductive appeal.
Growing up in the war-torn middle east, he was an eyewitness to how people can be marred for life by their physical and consequently emotional disfigurement. So years later in his reconstructive surgery practice in Montreal, he performed meticulous microsurgical procedures and was able to help thousands of men, women, and children suffering physically from whole body deformities. He expertly performed reconstructive surgeries on malformations affecting the head and neck, body, limbs, and mutilated nerves. The surgery closest to his heart was in DIEP flap and implant-based reconstruction. Dr. Sinno was successfully able to help breast cancer survivors regain their feminine self-image and self-confidence. His surgical prowess and empathy saw referrals pour into his practice from across Canada further deepening his passion and commitment to aesthetic and cosmetic surgery. “During my training, I was taught the goal of breast reconstruction was to create a breast mound to help women have balance when wearing clothes. That was not good enough for me! I strived to offer a personalized approach to help the cancer survivor move on with her life by giving her the aesthetic looking breasts that she always dreamed of with and without clothes”.
Dr. Sinno designs with impassioned precisionism each step of the cosmetic process to ensure the safety, comfort and individuality of his patients. He is backed by a carefully hand-picked support team. A gracious administrative team; concierge and call center service; a personally trained competent crew of attentive caring nurses in the office, operating room, recovery room, and overnight care if necessary, as well as a distinguished nurse service when needed for your care at home. His anesthesiologists are remarkable; allowing for a safe, comfortable, and fun surgical experience. The “Sinno Experience” is designed to be the best he can physically offer.
Dr Sinno is a man of humanistic attributes and talents. Primarily he is a devoted father, environmentalist and an artist. He believes that each new day is a privileged blessing and strives to enjoy a life of health, contribution and adventure. He achieves this through a healthy sustainable lifestyle of indoor and outdoor sports, nature and meditation. Dr Sinno also continues to enjoy his philanthropic ventures, volunteering for various NGOs; Operation Hope, a non-profit organization that Dr Sinno created to help people in Quebec; Dancing with the Stars – Just for kids foundation; feeding the homeless in local community shelters; and raising awareness to global climate change.
“We are living in truly exciting times of staggering awareness, unprecedented innovation and technology in most walks of life,” he says with unhidden enthusiasm “and I am eager to master the latest knowledge in the world of aesthetic procedures and plastic surgery. It is my privilege to offer my patients THE special experience in this wonderful world of beauty and wellbeing”.
